Do I need to pay sales tax for online orders?

Le Pain Quotidien must include sales tax for purchases shipping to California and New York.


Does LPQ offer gift-wrapping?
 

For many items you can choose to have your item wrapped in one of our LPQ Gift Wrap Tote Bags- a cute and reusable way of wrapping gifts!

Can I add a gift message to my order?

Yes! During checkout, you are welcome to add a complimentary gift message of up to 150 characters. 

How should I return my order?

Please see our Returns and Replacement policy.

When should I expect my refund?

LPQ will authorize a refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned order. However, funds will not be credited to your account until your card issuer approves the transaction.

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we process the item(s) expeditiously for shipment, and are typically unable to accept cancellations once a payment has been processed. Please email customercare@pqus.com to check the status of the order and if a cancellation is possible. 

How do I know when my order is shipped?

After the payment has been processed, we will send a confirmation email with your corresponding order number. Upon shipment, we will send a second email with tracking information.

How soon will I receive a shipment confirmation email?

Although all orders are shipped as soon as possible, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipping confirmation.

What if I received the wrong / broken item?

If you do not receive your item as described, we will send a replacement straight away.  Please see our Returns and Replacement Policy for further instructions or reach out to customercare@pqus.com 

How can I ship an order to another country?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Can I request a signature at delivery?

By default, we do not require a signature at delivery, however you may request this service for a small fee as determined by the shipping provider. 

What happens if my order does not arrive on time?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Le Pain Quotidien is not responsible for any delays in transit due to weather, incorrect shipping information, technical errors etc. Our shipping partners will, however, make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the quoted time frame.

Can I use a gift card to make a purchase on The Pantry?

Unfortunately, no. So sorry for the inconvenience! At this time, our online store is unable to accept gift cards as a form of payment.

How do I use an e-gift card?

To use an e-gift card, please bring your confirmation email with the certificate number to any of our US restaurant locations. One of our team members will be able to redeem the e-gift card for you, but please remember the certificate number. They need this to redeem!
