Returns & Replacements


The Pantry by Le Pain Quotidien takes great pride in the quality of our merchandise. We hope you will enjoy your Pantry goods as much as we do! However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email with your return request. Please be sure to include your full name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return.


  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package.
  • Merchandise must not be opened, altered, or show significant signs of wear or damage
  • Return orders must be packaged securely to avoid any damage to the items
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 
  • Returns are accepted for online purchases from only and vice versa. Our restaurants cannot accept returned items purchased from our website. 



When arranging a return with Customer Care, please specify if you would like a return shipping label sent to you. The Pantry will deduct a $6.95 shipping and re-stocking fee from your refund should you choose to use one of our shipping labels.

If you would like to ship the return package yourself, we suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method. Le Pain Quotidien does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

If your package is returned within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2 business days of receipt of the return. Once the transaction has taken place, you will be notified via email to the address used to place the original order. Please note your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from Le Pain Quotidien.

We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for your purchase until we have received the returned items and completed inventory processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
