Bring freshly ground seasonings to the dinner table with natural Grey Sea Salt, hand harvested from the Guérande salt marshes in Brittany, France and Black Malabar Pepper, from the western coast of India. Packed in grinders, these richly flavorful seasonings make excellent finishers
This pure, unprocessed sea salt is harvested from shallow ponds of seawater in Guérande, a coastal town in Brittany, France. The clay at the bottom of the salt ponds gives the salt its light grey color and provides rich levels of magnesium, potassium and calcium (along with 50 other trace minerals). With a coarse texture and complex flavor, it is perfect as a cooking or finishing salt, and will add brilliant flavor to any dish.
The salt is packed in a glass bottle with a grinding mechanism for convenience and fresh taste.

Ingredients: organic black pepper
Black pepper paired with salt is ubiquitous on western tables. The spice we know as black pepper is the fruit and seed of a vine piper nigrum. The berries are cooked then dried. The black outer coat of the peppercorn is the skin and fruit of the berry. The white interior is the seed.
Our whole black Malabar peppercorns come packed in a glass bottle with a plastic grinding mechanism for fresh ground fragrance and taste.
